Data Recovery

Have you lost any important documents or photos?

If you have accidentally deleted some important documents, files or photos don't despair we may be able to help.

For a fixed rate of just £49.00 an engineer will come to your premises and take away either your hard drive or computer and try to recover any lost files.

Even if you hard drive is faulty we can sometimes recovery the DATA for you.

If for any reason we can't recover your DATA we will not charge you anything. 

DATA recovery is a lengthily process and takes at least 24 hours before you will get you hard drive back.

All the DATA recovered will be put on to a CD or DVD free of charge.

If you need more than 1 hard drive recovering, that's fine. Please let us know when booking. Additional drives can be recovered at the same visit for £40.00 each.

What's included

£49.00 includes all the labour charges to pick up, recover the DATA and return the PC/Hard drive from your premises in the Leicester area. This includes:-

• Recovering any DATA that might be lost
• Reinstalling the operating system if corrupt
• Picking up and returning the PC / hard drive
• Setting up the PC when returned
• Copy of the DATA on a CD or DVD

What's not included

The £49.00 charge covers the labour and call out only. It doesn't include:-

• Recovering more than 1 hard drive - £40.00 per extra drive
• Installing any illegal or pirated software
• Recovering to more than 1 CD / DVD - £5.00 per extra disk
• Cost of a new hard drive if needed - Prices start at £35.00
• Recovering programs such as Word, Excel, Photoshop etc.
