Is your PC playing up?
If your PC has suddenly decided not to switch on, starts doing some unexplainable behaviour or becomes infected with a virus. Don't worry for a fixed rate of £45.00 an engineer will come to your premises pick up the faulty PC and repair it for you.
We aim to get most PC's back within 24 hours, although this time can vary depending on the fault.
You will have to pay for any parts on top but we can supply at a competitive price. Some common parts are:-
500 Watt power supply - £23.00
320Gb Hard Drive - £46.00
Pentium 775 Motherboard - £50.00

We will call you and let you know what needs doing to your PC before any work is done.
If for any reason we can't repair your PC we will not charge you anything.
We will also connect your internet up and check that your email works when we return your PC.
We will also make sure that your windows is setup correctly and up to date.
All work carried out comes with a full 12 month warranty.
If you need more than 1 PC repairing, that's fine. Please let us know when booking. Additional PC's can be repaired up at the same visit for £30.00 each.

What's included
£45.00 includes all the labour charges to pick up, repair and return a PC from your premises in the Leicester area. This includes:-
- Removal of any spyware or viruses
- Reinstalling the operating system if corrupt
- Picking up and returning the PC
- Setting up the PC when returned
- Checking Internet and Email are working
- Checking that windows is up to date
- 12 month warranty on work carried out
What's not included
The £45.00 charge covers the labour and call out only. It doesn't include:-
- Any parts needed
- Recovering any DATA that might be lost
- Repairing more than 1 computer - £30.00 per extra computer
- Installing any illegal or pirated software
